RBS Pro Semi-Automatique :

A semi-automatic book scanner is an economic scanning machine for large scale digitisation. The machine uses an automatized glassplate in combination with a V-shaped cradle, providing the operator with a constant scanning rhythm. The pageturning itself is done manually. Compared to conventional flatbed equipment semi-automatic book scanners achieve a much higher throughput and - at the same time - less stress the material due to the gentle 80° angle.
